T6 partnered with agency MORNING WALK on a mission-driven documentary project, shedding light on the global clean water crisis affecting 450 million people worldwide. Collaborating with local production service company PATHFINDER, we assembled a skilled local crew to help tell these impactful stories. Our journey took us deep into the heart of the Zimbabwean Bush, along the majestic Epic Coast of South Africa, and into the vibrant life of Cape Town.
Traveling with a small film team, our efforts were twofold: to document four compelling well water stories in Zimbabwe and South Africa and to produce two new music videos featuring South African talent. These videos captured the energy and authenticity of African dance and culture. Collaborating closely with agency Morning Walk, we captured a series of short documentary stories that would help generate awareness of the clean water crisis that plagues so much of Africa and the world.
A staggering 418 million people across Africa still lack access to clean drinking water, highlighting the urgency of our work.
Our series of short documentaries and themed music videos, created in collaboration with agency MORNING WALK, played a crucial role in rallying significant support. The campaign resulted in an impressive fundraising total of $600K in under a month after its launch, with a future goal of raising $50 million within a year.
But our work doesn't end here. This marks just the beginning of a new chapter in Kalahari and the ongoing mission to save lives across Africa.
